I’ve been using MT dns
202.123.2.11
202.123.2.23

It is important to note that with OpenDNS, torrenting is almost impossible..

I switched to OpenDNS because GS domain was not being resolved by local servers. It now works without fail!

For ADSL, use the procedures for laptop Xp… works like a charm. & i frankly don’t see any speed increase (only on peak days!)
